Great for a family stopover
We really enjoyed the smooth check-in process & friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room was surprisingly clean and had a great location near the trains for easy access to Wrigley and loads of food spots.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it wasn't too bad.

Neat and functional room, I loved the hotel!
Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable and magnificent not far from Chicago, the arena, all the great attractions in Chicago. Booked a room with exceptional views, and the staff were helpful and attentive people at the reception desk.

The room was cozy with a comfortable king-size bed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We also appreciated the 24-hour front desk service.
The air conditioning had issues during the stay.

Stylish and soundproof units with the awesome partial view, a bathroom, for example. Marvellous and fantastic location for Chicago, close to many major attractions, both the Navy Pier and Millennium Park, and the center. Also, to where we wanted to go around the shopping area.

Very well located.
Staff is not very pleasant. Squeaky bed. Very slow elevators.

The location was prime, with attractions just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the hotel. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a puppy parade, ready to share tips about the best spots in town.
No fridge in the room

The bed was really comfortable, good decoration, everything is very clean and new, the shower was the best of the trip (water pressure, cleanliness and comfort), to be able to charge your electronic devices comfortably thanks to the several usb entrances that the room has, very good coffee and tea, good location near everything and good disposition of the reception and cleaning personnel. If we were to return to Chicago we would certainly repeat.
The worst thing about the accommodation was the noise of the street and our room on the second floor near the ice machines and laundry that you could hear the ice falling perfectly. But as we were very tired when we arrived, it didn't influence us much either. But if you get the chance to stay in the hotel, it's better from the 3rd floor up. Besides we didn't have a nice view either, we saw an empty lot and a neglected mini courtyard of the building. Otherwise great.

We think it's the best base for staying in Chicago. The best thing is location - just next door to all the major shopping, Water Tower, restaurants.
